works really good if your sick and congested, would reccommend to anyone with a cold

I love the soothing Vicks VapoRub Topical Ointment. It is a relaxing ointment to apply to my chest, back and nose area when I'm feeling yucky. This ointment helps me breathe and get a good night's rest. This is a staple product in my home. Each family member have their own pots of their ointments.

Because I have very sensitive skin I can't rub Vicks on my chest or neck when a get a cold. What I do instead is to put a spoonful in a pot of simmering water. I put a towel over my head and breath in the warm Vicks rub. It really breaks up the mucus in my sinuses.

This product does add some relief towards sore throats and opens the nose when you have a cold. Over all not a bad product.

Vicks is a must in our house, during flu/winter season. It works great on stuffy noses and congestion. The scent is soothing. I rub it under my kids feet and put their socks on, it works well. It is expensive but a jar lasts a long time.

I hate having the cold and im sure so does everyone. The runny nose and the cough, who really has time for all that. so when i feel the cold coming on i just reach for my faithful bottle of vicks that never lets me down. its fast and effective. what else do you need!

Mom used it on me. I used it on our children and always put a daub on the vaporizer. And for grandchildren too. Always have a bottle on hand to clear nasal passages.
