Now that it’s fall I’m making a lot more hearty potato meals and apple based desserts so it was the perfect time to receive the vida Y Peeler. It is such a smooth quick peel and I love the long handle that keeps my hands far away from the blades. I’ve only had this peeler for a few short days and it’s already become a well used tool in my kitchen.

If you're like me, I've always tried to avoid recipes that called for potatoes or carrots as I hate having to peel them but that all changed after trying this peeler for the first time this weekend.

This ergonomic handle has a flat surface for better grip and comfortable to hold. Made with 90% recycled materials, it has a sharp stainless steel blade, a built-in potato eye remover and a blade guard for storing this peeler safely.

I struggled for a bit initially but after angling the peeler a certain way, the peels just effortlessly came off making peeling vegetables with ease. I washed peeler before first use. Wash after each use. Hand wash only.
