I have tried a lot of waxing products over the years, and this Waxaway product has done the trick. It works well, get rids of unwanted hair, but a little difficult and messy to use.

Bought the sugar wax kit. The wooden sticks weren't as sturdy as the plastic sticks that I am used to. After a while wax isn't sticky anymore and is not effective at all. Their strips aren't as good as cotton ones that can be reused many times. The strips pill like old sweaters. Support on their website is not reliable. Emailed about problems with their coupon offer and haven't received a response yet. The price was higher than my previous brand. The wax was definitely better but the accessories weren't.
