I love to make eggs benedict and I love the taste of the Weston English Muffins.
Nice and fluffy . When toasted and cut in quarters they are great for fondues as well.
They also come in whole wheat . A light breakfast with homemade jams are to die for.

I usually buy Dempster but recently they were out and I tried these for breakfast sandwiches, tasted good!

When I run out of my favourite Thomas English Muffins this is the English Muffin that I like to eat. Very flavourful, not too oily and cooks up perfectly. We enjoy making our own Egg McMuffins and these muffins hold their with eggs and cheese. Taste delicious with butter alone or with a wee bit of butter and honey or even peanut butter.
