How to add calmness and coziness?

For me, it smells like a fresh and peaceful evening by the sea. Lavender complements the scents of lemon and sage perfectly and helps create a relaxing atmosphere at home. The candle burns for a long time, doesn't smoke, and its scent is quite intense and fills the entire house.

Beautiful but scent a bit too subtle

Yankee Candle Sage & Citrus

The candle has a beautiful, clean design that blends effortlessly with almost any decor—very modern and elegant. Before lighting, the scent is fresh, slightly herbal, and gives off an expensive feel. It’s a lovely fragrance that suggests calm and cleanliness.

Once lit, however, the scent throw is quite subtle. You can catch hints of it here and there, but it doesn't strongly fill the room like some other Yankee Candles. Another downside is the occasional release of black smoke ("tisne"), which was unexpected and slightly disappointing.

That said, the burn time is decent, and for light ambiance or a gentle scent background, it’s still a solid choice. I’d recommend it for people who prefer mild, non-overpowering aromas.

Sage & Citrus - refreshing and clean smelling

The sage and citrus candle is a gorgeous green candle that smells refreshing and clean, burns clean and added a great scent to my home. The scent started out a bit strong and then mellowed out over a couple hour period. It's a medium sized candle and I would have loved the larger size variety.

Smell is incredible

As a huge candle fanatic, I was so excited to receive this candle to try it out! All I have to say is WOW!

When it comes to candles, I am not a fan of fake smelling or perfumy candles. This is the complete opposite of that. The citrus and sage smells so natural and not overpowering.

This is an absolute staple for creating a fresh scent in a home!

Lovely!

I absolutely loved this candle! The glass container is so chic and sleek, it really adds a stylish touch to any room. And the scent is just amazing, a refreshing mix of citrus and sage, with a warm hint of lavender and soft woody notes that make it feel cozy and calming.

One of my favorite routines is lighting a candle right after I get home from work as it helps me unwind, reset, and switch off from the day. This scent is perfect for that.

I’ve been a longtime fan of Yankee Candles, especially because they’re made from natural ingredients. My only wish is if it came with a lid to help lock in the fragrance between uses. But honestly, it’s still a candle I’d 100% buy again.

Wonderful smell

Wonderful smell! I love the notes in the candle. They are actually distinct and recognizable; it’s a lovely fresh scent, not overbearing or too strong, but the candle is long lasting and the smell lingers in the air. It smells fresh and relaxing. The jar that it comes in is also very aesthetically pleasing and goes well with decor.

Refreshing citrus scent

I received this product to try in exchange for my honest review. I love burning candles in the evening to wind down after a long day. 𝗬𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲'𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗲 & 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 is the perfect fit! The refreshing fragrance immediately filled the air giving the room a burst of freshness & the simple sleek glass design added a touch of color to my kitchen. I definitely recommend checking them out for their other scents in the same line.

Relaxing & fresh, reminds me of lemonades & spa!

I love having relaxing fresh citrusy scents in my space specially during summer. What I love about the Sage & Citrus Yankee candle is how consistent the scent is from the top note (what you smell before lighting it) to the middle and base notes as it burns. It’s not overpowering or headache inducing even if you burn it for a couple of hours. It’s just fresh, pleasant, and mood lifting, it also reminds me of having lemonade at a thermal spa! :) I love lighting it throughout the day specially when I want to read and wind down it smells amazing and makes me happy & relaxed.
