My feet are not extremely rough and even with the coarse buffer there was no improvement/change. It was purchased for my kid who has extremely rough feet but with it not doing anything for my feet it wouldn't help him. There are 3 buffers included, fine, medium and coarse.

I find this tool ineffective on my feet. I don't have huge callus's, just dry skin around my heels and it barley skims the small flakes of skin. The idea is great, if only it had bigger ridges. I don't recommend this, I get better results by using the foot file or the pumice...

I applied it several days, 2 times a day and it didn't help at all. My heels did not get any better, they were still dry and ugly. I am very disappointed.

If you have really rough feet, this will do absolutely nothing to help scrub and leave feet soft and smooth. This would be fine if your feet are perfect, but then you could always just use a regular scrub with the same results.

This is just a plain lotion. I didn't find that it helped soften my feet or help with the dryness at all.

This came in a foot spa set from Walmart. As a foot cream, which is what I used it for, it was nothing special. It was the exaclt same thing as applying any lotion to your feet. It didn't really moisturize my skin at all.

I do not find these to be effective at all. I get much better results using just vaseline liberally applied to my feet with normal socks on for the duration while sleeping. That does not solve the problem either but is better than the aloe infused socks which do not work and...

A pretty 'meh' product. I wouldn't necessary go out and buy it, but since I got it as a gift (and don't hate it enough to throw it out), I'll use it. It has an interesting scent. Doesn't bother me. It feels a little weird rubbing this on your foot but it leaves your foot smooth

If you love lavender, you will love the smell of this foot balm/lotion - its highly scented! Its supposed to soften the really tough skin on your feet, specifically your heels. Maybe my skin is ultra tough, because it didn't soft my heels, it moisturized them really well though...
