this mask is pretty good i use it either before i shampoo or after i shampoo abs before i condition. it smells really good and you don’t need to use a lot to get it through all of your hair but it isn’t the best mask and homemade hair masks have shown better results for me

Would definitely recommend to others. My hair is very long and thick, I like to use a hair mask 1-2 weekly to keep it soft and smooth. This one is great, my hair was soft smooth and shiny. You don't need to leave this mask on for a long time unlike some others. Would buy again.
