Theses have got to be the most abrasive for baby's bottom. Rather than lie him on a plastic pad lie him on a flanelette diaper; or anything more comfortable.

You can buy these or sew a couple together yourself. I love to see babies in them, and also so much easier to change them in the middle of the night as the back is easily accessable. Wouldn't be without them.

Strollers are great, but I much prefer a baby carriage. These to me are a truly necessary item for baby's comfort and much more nicer for mommy because you can put diapers, etc in carriage without cramping baby like you would do in a stroller.

I love using tempra for my infants when they are going through teething, before and after getting needles, when they aren't feeling well. The only thing I would suggest is they get a child proof lid on it. I can't put it in my diaper bag in case my toddler gets ahold of it...
