A café requires just one thing to win our hearts: truly decadent coffee. We've come across our fair share of snooty décor, name-dropping baristas, and lack of seating space, but all is forgiven when we're handed our immaculately brewed Americano or Soy Chai Latte - whichever's your preference. The search for the next must-stop java joint is an urbanista's favourite pastime... and when we can find one that also serves a great lunch, well you had us at Bonjour!
In Toronto, we're partial to The Sandwich Box, Le Gourmand, and Sense Appeal Coffee Roasters. Which is your favourite?

Although I prefer local cafes, Second Cup is my favorite nation-wide coffee shop. Second Cup has several advantages over both McCafe and Tim Hortons:
- Offers non-dairy milk alternatives
- Offers flavored coffee (Butter Pecan and Belgian Chocolate are my FAVORITES!)
- Is...

J'aimais bien me rendre au Presse-café quand je travaillais. Le service est rapide, le café toujours frais avec plusieurs choix disponibles. Maintenant, j'y vais moins mais si l'occasion si prête, j'y retournerai avec joie.

I'm sorta a brewed coffee girl, so i like a good cuppa coffee and I do like Tim Horton's but Second Cup is fine too. I generally find their coffee a bit strongly brewed. they have a decent egg and cheese on an english muffin and the few wraps I've tried are OK. I won't go out...

Lovely little find down the marina. Very clean with clean food. Varied
Menu and food is good. Sometimes you have to wait some time for your order even if it’s just a coffee.
It’s worth a visit

Great little spot for a coffee and some specialty pastries that vary.
Seating is very limited.....the coffees are extra fresh and well made....enjoy!
Near the college so time it wisely if you can or you may be waiting a while.

This place is AMAZING! I love their shakes and they have a huge variety to choose from! The mutant shakes here are so big in size unless you have a big appetite you definitely need to share or else you won't be able to finish!

Tim Hortons has a lot of work to do to improve — there’s only a few things on the menu I’d eat. Ad the customer service needs a LOT of work. The drive through associates rarely get the order correctly even when they’ve confirmed the order and they try to rush at the...

The coziest of places to have a nice cup of tea and chat, or to play one of the many board games they have on hand. Vegetarian.

False. This is the 'second' cafe in the area to offer gelato.
Red Bean Espresso (2118 Bloor St. West ) was the first.

Opened February 2012, Camp Restaurant is located on Jane a few blocks north of Bloor in Bloor West Village. Proprietor Megan Whiten convinced her family to let her turn the main floor of their house into a restaurant. Now she says, they love it!

I go to this Tim Horton's quite often. I have never really ordered a sandwich from this place because they just look so darn small. Maybe if I just wanted a snack. *laughs* What I go to Timmy's for is to indulge every once in awhile in yummy, delicious, doughnuts and to...

On a recent trip to New York my friends and I ate at this place for breakfast several times. The bagels are fresh, huge and delicious and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The place has a lot of charm and I was interested to see that it's a Zagat rated restaurant as...

When I plan a big holiday dinner and do a lot of cooking, I sometimes make my life slightly easier by ordering an appetizing dessert. It's more expensive than if I make it myself, true, but everything is paid for in either time or money. And the bustling holidays are the...

The first time I went to blenz I had a hot chocolate. It was the best hot chocolate I have ever had. They use real chocolates. The barista told me it can be ordered cold as well. They have non dairy options. It's a quiet place.
