This is my favorite cheese dip. It tastes just like the kind you would get from a restaurant. It is a bit overpriced in my opinion but its the price you pay for flavor. I like using this for pretzels, cheese fries, breadsticks and chips.

I know ricotta has almost no flavor. But honestly I love it for recipes like make it as filling mix with some salt and cilantro. Use it for a lasagna. Or my favorite stuff it in some tomatoes and baked. It is a great option for a non fat cheese.

Out of the options of readily available vegan cheeses, this is probably the best. Honestly, the taste still has a ways to go, but much better than Daiya, for instance. It melts alright if you use it for pizza or nachos. My toddler LOVES it.
