This light variety is 40% less fat than the regular no name old cheddar cheese. It has a nice old cheddar flavour. You can't really tell it is a light variety. Tastes great cut up on crackers or toast.

This is a great choice for cheese lovers on a budget. Its not full of taste but does the trick. Always on special in my area and I stock up by putting several in the freezer. Always my first choice when other brands are no on sale.

tried this at a family gathering...she served this along side parmessan with the pasta she was serving. I thought it would not taste good, but was quite suprised, it does taste exactly like the KD cheese!

Out of the options of readily available vegan cheeses, this is probably the best. Honestly, the taste still has a ways to go, but much better than Daiya, for instance. It melts alright if you use it for pizza or nachos. My toddler LOVES it.

Wow!! I really expected highly of this product. Daiya was releasing new formula's of their shredded dairy free cheese. I did not like the texture of the cheese sticks. It was stiff, but I liked the taste.

I bought this because I had a coupon, not really knowing anything about it. It’s European cream cheese which tastes a lot better than ours . It’s not as rich. Cooks great in scrambled eggs , or even eaten plain.

I know ricotta has almost no flavor. But honestly I love it for recipes like make it as filling mix with some salt and cilantro. Use it for a lasagna. Or my favorite stuff it in some tomatoes and baked. It is a great option for a non fat cheese.

This light variety is 40% less fat than the regular medium cheddar cheese variety. This contains both mild and old light cheddar cheese. It was good tasting. Great to add to salads, eggs, steamed vegetables. I would buy this again.
