A few shakes and you a slightly sweet slightly spicy warm taste added to your coffee. It is like a ginger cinnamon nutmeg ish type flavour. The ingredients just state sugar and spices so that is my best guess. I do like it though.

I love Panera Bread, and I love their cafe lattes as a warm winter pick me up that isn't too sweet or too bitter. I had to go dairy free for a while too, and they offer almond milk in this, which made it one of my favorite places to stop.

I enjoy the taste of the medium Melitta coffee pods, but not the dark one. I find that there is a problem with coffee grinds in my cup. Not all the time, but about 50%. I e-mail them and they were great. Sent me some coupons, 2 free and money off. I usually buy when on sale.

This is a slightly more health-concious version of the Tim Hortons iced capp. I like that it is not overly sweet and there is a shot of espresso in it for the caffeine factor. My only con is that it is double the price of Tim Hortons!

My mother and brother are both diabetic and so I continuously have Splenda on hand. I also use it to control my sugar intake and I love it. Never went back to sugar and probably never will. Splenda is great for baking as well so that's a plus as well.

Good coffee, I wanted to cut down on the price while still having the convenience of pods. I drink my coffee black so was able to truly taste the coffee and it was good but a little watery in my option. You do get the odd pod bursting thou.
