This is one of my favourtie breakfast items. They are quick and easy just pop them in the microwave. They taste great. Sometimes if you leave in the freezer to long the flatbread gets a little hard but you need to eat them quick. The combo of spinach and cheese is great!

Easy to take in the car or if you have no time for a big breakfast. Good for anyone even the kids. Not that unhealthy. Fills you up . tastes amazing. Refrigerate , shake and go ! Can be pricey (loblaws $7.99 , Walmart $5.49). But worth it for 4 bottles.

My preference in artificial sweetener's is Stevia. Although I have tried others, Life Brand Stevia is my favourite. It's from natural extracts and no chemicals .There's no aftertaste and I love it in my coffee.

I tried them defenetly high in fiber. There are 5 packs in a box. A bag seems to have a little but it good amount it gets you full. I just did not like that they seem to dry no flavor.

I have been using Sweet 'N Low packets for years. I prefer it over EQUAL, SPLENDA AND Stevia. It doesn't have an aftertaste. One packet is just the right amount to sweeten my coffee or tea.
