It works, but it's gross...

Did I feel full? Yes.
Was it cost effective? Yes.

But I spent alot of time deciding if it was chocolate covered sawdust, or chocolate covered cork dust.

The chocolate covering was the best part.
The texture of the inside is strange... Even for a protein bar. Even for a veg. Friendly protein bar.
It didn't taste like peanut at all....

In a pinch I would buy it to feel full. But full well accepting that I would be taking it like medicine.

Couldn't take a 2nd bite

I so wanted to loverhis. I mean I love their all in one shakes and chocolate and PB are my favourite combo, but I couldn't eat more then a bite. I know it's healthy so it wouldn't taste like a treat but it tasted like grainy gritty gras/dirty, or how I imagine they taste. I threw it out.

Great Meal Replacement

Takes like a chocolate bar ! Bonus you get all your nutrients in one bar ,so if your husband or yourself are too busy to make a lunch and don't want to eat fast food then grab one of these. I find I am full for a few hours. Also great for after workout or before a workout to fuel your body.

Not bad tasting as far as protein bars go. The only issue is they are generally overpriced so I will only purchase if they are on sale. Decent size as well

This is a pretty good meal replacement bar. It's low enough in calories that it doesn't feel like I blow my diet for the day, but it's nutritionally dense enough that I get actual substance from it. The flavour is good, and it doesn't tasty chalky or gritty like some meal replacement bars do. The chocolate is there, but it doesn't take over the flavour of the bar, nor does the peanut butter. I had this and some vegetables as a lunch on a chaotic day, and I was satisfied until dinner time. I'd buy these again. I wish they were cheaper, but I guess quality doesn't come cheap :(
