I decided to give a first try to this meet supplement and it was perfect, love the taste, the texture and the simplicity of the cooking process, it could be use as a finger food or as a main dish if combined with a rice an tomato sauce.

Full of flavour, does have spice. It did take 4 minutes to cook in the microwave. Not filling in it's own. I had tortilla chips with it and it was really good! I bought it in clearance.

Roasted peppers, corn, carrots, onions, peas, brown rice and a few other ingredients combined make a great patty. Healthy, tasty and filling. Easy to cook. I've had these as burgers and in wraps. They're delicious no matter how they're eaten.
