I picked these up the other day at" NoFrills" on Notre Dame in Winnipeg. Man are they good - IQF so that they don't stick together, they're not stringy like some brands, and they were only $2.99 can't beat that!

I love brussels sprouts, and when I can't find them, these frozen ones are the best thing. THey can just be popped in boiling water and ready in 7 mins. Or I like to roast them in the oven with carrots, garlic and olivve oils.

These are all natural soy beans in the pod. They take just a couple minutes to heat through. A little sprinkle of sea salt and they are good to go. So yummy!!!!

I buy lots of canned veggies but I much prefer the frozen, especially these mixed ones. They are economical as well as good tasting. This particular bag has peas, corn, carrots, and green beans which make for an excellent stir fry.

Always have this frozen fruit mix in my freezer. The fruit is fresh, the berries are not stuck together, equal amount of the different berries and a great value in comparison to fresh berries (any time.of the year).

I shop at Safeway for convenience. They dont always have the best prices or quality. Their frozen vegetables are a bit spendy. I have a huge family so i prefer the best price i can find.
