These gluten free crackers are a nice change to the plain old rice crackers. They actually taste and feel like a real crAcker. They do tend to break easiest then a regular cracker so you have to be careful if you are putting a spread on them.

I didn't have high hopes trying this mix. Boy was I wrong. It is so easy to make, tastes delicious. I used it to make muffins also with great results. Can't wait for new flavors to come out. I'll definitely be trying more.
