These are just cooked beets. They come in 3 beets in a package and you get 4 packages in a box. They are quick and easy to eat. Just eat them cold or put them in the microwave to heat up. So yummy!!

These are so good. I probably use a jar a week. Out of all the brands of stuff like these, this is by far the best brand. Even the liquid they are packed in is usable.
