The meal was good, it tasted food it is just pricey for some mushroom that is ground up and put into a circle. also it says high in protein but it is only 6g for 2 so not that high as stated

This can be cooked or eaten as is. I tried it both ways, didn't notice a difference. The pieces are big chunks. It is spicy (to me anyways) for it being Thai basil. An okay substitute for chicken, but this was chewy.
