Sausages just fall apart

I've tried these a couple times, cooking them in a couple different ways at first I thought I was cooking them incorrectly but I've come to realize these just do not stay intact once cooked. They fall right off the fork and I can't even pick one up without it breaking into pieces.
The taste is good, but I think I'll stick to the tried and true Yves brand if I'm going to eat an American brand.
