This is made right here in Ontario. It is excellent with goat cheese, backed over brie or as an appetizer with soft cheeses paired with walnut and pear.
No Name 100% pure pumpkin

This is an inexpensive pumpkin puree. It is just pumpkin, and nothing else. It is perfect for making pies, and tarts and you can adjust and add your own seasoning as you desire. I also like to add a can to turkey and bean chili. Yummy!

casa fiesta taco seasoning

I've always used Old El Paso Taco Seasoning because I really like the taste. It has some pretty bad ingredients though, so I've looked for healthier, cleaner alternatives. I've tried a few and I've also tried making my own, but I wasn't happy with them. I always wound up by...
Six Fortune Nama Udon

I bought these at the T&T;Supermarket. This is the first time I have made udon noodles. This came in a four back. They take just a couple of mins to cook up, so great for a rushed or lazy meal. The noodles are firm. I think they would make a good substitute for pasta also.
Del Monte Sweet Peas

I've grown up with canned peas my whole life. It was all we ever ate. These are great to keep on hand when fresh peas are not in season or are very expensive. I like to add these to soups, stews, or as a side. Plus I like to add this to tuna pasta salad.
Organika coconut sauce

This is a fantastic, Paleo friendly alternative to soya sauce. The flavour is amazing; I use it in everything from soup to livening up frozen vegetables and boring chicken breasts.

I really do like these "beef" Yves veggie tenders. They are vegan and have a good amount of protein in them. You can use them in salads, wraps and so much more! Can be eaten hot or cold. I prefer the chick'n kind, but the "beef" is also very tasty! GREAT for stirfrys!

These sausages are delicious! They are meat free, but cook just like normal sausages would! They are nice and thick and the flavour is amazing! Perfect for grilling, roasting, or even eating raw! I adore these! The only downside is they are pricey, but its worth it for a treat.

I bought this at a British shop, but I've enjoyed these while being in the UK. It's such a delicious and refreshing pop. It has a similar flavour to Cream Soda. I think it would taste really good with alcohol added to it.
Fresh Express Italian Salad

I think this is the first time buying this particular brand of bagged salad. It is very simple....crunchy romaine lettuce and red cabbage. It is a great started to add your own ingredients to make individual salads, or add on top of sandwiches/burgers.

Benefits of honey are well known, and raw honey has a high pollen count, so this enhances its benefits. I don’t need much persuading to eat more honey, but I do recommend you read more about properties of honey, especially raw one. Wedderspoon gets this honey directly from...
