There is a sweetness to it that balances out the spicy side perfectly. When I cooked it, I added milk to tone down the heat level and even with all the milk I added, it did not lose flavour. I did have to thicken it up with cornstarch but that's not a big deal.

I recently purchased this oh mama hot sauce by compliments just to try something different, and it is pretty good. I liked the taste and the price wasnt too bad at all, it wasnt really that spicy though. I would reccomend it to people who dont like a hot kick.

This sauce taste great. I love to use when i do shrimp as my dipping sauce. I use it too when i do barbecue i love the flavor of the meat after i spread this over. Sometimes i use too in my stew. Very versatile you can use it almost in anything.
