This Chardonay is aged for 2 months in bourbon barrels. It has creamy layers of ripe pineapple and juicy peach. The burbon barrels add caramel, vanila and toasty oak flavours.

I bought this on special at the Wine Rack as part of one of their 2 for $20 deals. This wine has a great oaky aftertaste, and goes well with heavier foods like strong cheeses and poultry. It has a bit of a vanilla sweetness to it too.

Fantastic taste. Sweet but not too sweet. Perfect to use for sangria or mixed cocktails. Great for someone easing into wine. Not too expensive either! Good bang for your buck!
