If you want a yogurt that is filling this is a good one. It has chunks of apple (not sure if there is any other flavors I picked the first one). It has a great mix in it.

I love Source yogurt! This flavour is like taking a trip to a tropical island. It tastes just like a Pina Colada. It has chunks of pineapple as well. I like to add some fruit to make it even more fruiter and filling as a snack. I will definetly buy more.

Athentikos Greek yogurt has become my go to yogurt. It is so creamy and thick and i love the chunks of fruit in it. It is definitely the best tasting greek yogurt on the market by far.

This is a great kind of yogurt if you want a 'regular' flavour to eat by it's self, add some fruit or add into smoothies. It contains 35 calories per cup and no sugar added! There's real fruit in the yogurt and you can actually see and eat fruit pieces. It's so yummy!!
