My mother and I are a HUGE fan of the entire Peppermint Halo collection from Sage. She always gets dizzy and headaches and I get tension headaches. Love this wether I apply it or smell it. Really helps that pulsating tension alleviate.

Love this product. Has a nice lemongrass scent. It is a bit greasy but is absorbed quickly into the skin. Pain relief is quick and long lasting. My Mom loves it for her arthritic fingers.

It actually has two ends: at the top, a roller, and at the bottom, a dropper. I only use the roller; I roll it directly over my back and belly, where I feel the pain beneath. It starts cooling, and depending on the severity of the cramps, it actually can help!

Great quality and does provide temporary relief in my situation. However, the pain still lingers on. Perhaps I have to look for an alternative solution. Easy to strap on and remove with one hand. And comes in a nice pink colour :)
