Blah! I won this in a contest and really didnt enjoy the workout at all. I found the moves really difficult to follow and just ended up frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who is just getting started, very discouraging.

This jump rope is super light and easy to carry! It's well constructed and the handles don't slip from your hands. You will have to size it, by removing the caps, because it's long but that's easy. It's a fun way to add variety to your workout.
