I love these bands. I bought them to use prior to a workout to get my muscles activated before I begin my lifts. These are also great for bringing along during trips to get a little hotel workout in. All sorts of different resistance. Recommend!

I love my neoprene weights. They don't slip, are easy to grip and don't scratch any surfaces when they drop (my son every now and again gets a hold of them - so far no dents in the floor). I recommend them as a great option for at home training (this weight or higher/lower)
