Tastes like real chocolate, smooth and not grainy. My favourite is the caramel but this is far easier to purchase and is a very close second. Easy to make and mixed well. Can always find slimfast on offer somewhere so it's not over priced.

I tried this product and over time I developed a rwally bad rash due to the artificial sweeteners. I woould recommend purchasing the unflavoured and adding your own flavours such as chocolate syrup.

It was very easy to follow the DVD and the instructor. It wasn't boring and kept changing the length and the type of workout so it was more fun to do every day. I felt like I had a workout most of the time

I love my Goodlife exercise ball! I luckily got my large one at a discounted price as most places mark these up really high. It does not deflate on me and when I sit on it, I don't feel like I am going to pop it if I put all my weight on it. Great product!

Love this product! Wraps nice and tight and makes you sweat plenty during your workout or exercise which is exactly what I wanted. Also provides a little support to my back during back exercises. Highly recommend for the active gym goer.
