I use this on my legs before my bath. I massage it into my kind in a circular motion. It made my aching legs feel a lot better. After rinsing it off my skin felt revive and soft. I like how it make my legs feel.

I initially bought this for my mother when she complained her hands were really dry and started using this for my hands as well whenever they get really dry. I find that it exfoliates really well and is a good moisturizer but it isn't any better than other moisturizes I've used.
