HORRIBLE

Absolutely horrible store, I've visited the brick and mortar locations several times and each time seems to have been worst than the other. The staff is extremely rude and they prioritize asian clients over everyone else, I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come up and help me out but nobody did, yet when asian couples came in they were always greeted with a smile and welcome.
This is a chinese owned business so it makes sense why they would discriminate other races, it's common of them to do this, not only this but the owners are so rude I tried to make a complaint directly with them and they replied with "You don't like you go shop somewhere else ok" seriously who does this?

Visited this store when we first went looking for a stroller! The service here was horrendous! We had asked to take a look at the Bugaboo Donkey and the lady working here showed no interest in helping my husband and I or our in laws who wished to purchase the stroller for us; my mother in law asked to see the bassinet and the girl insisted that the package was "in the back". We assured her that we knew what this meant and wanted to take a look anyway as we were interested in purchasing the unit. After much debate, she finally went to the stockroom and pulled out the bassinet which was still in the plastic wrap BUT refused to take it out. My mother in law was obviously very upset by this as she wanted to see the size of it and how it looked inside of the stroller! Incredibly, after the amount of fuss and a lack of wanting to make this sale, we decided to leave (although I had visited here previously and seen a fairly good selection of higher end merchandise I was interested in purchasing at the time, including products from Perego, UPPAbaby, etc. - also, fairly priced compared to other baby stores in the same market). Without even three footsteps out the door, the sales person was behind us locking it! While the hours of operation read 10:00am - 6:00pm from Mondays to Fridays (we went on a Thursday), my FitBit read 5:32pm!! After what was one of the most disappointing experiences an expectant mother could have, I would definitely not recommend shopping here!
