Amazing staff and shopping experience

Shopping at Barbecues Galore Canada in Calgary honestly got me so excited for BBQ season. The store has everything from premium grills and smokers to BBQ sauces, rubs, accessories, and even outdoor patio essentials — making it the perfect stop for Father’s Day shopping or prepping your backyard for summer.

The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable which made the shopping experience feel relaxed and fun. The store also carries so many unique BBQ tools and seasonings that make easy gift ideas for dads who “already have everything.” I found tons of inspiration for hosting during Calgary’s warmer days, especially with how fast patio season arrives after winter.

Summer hosting must have

The Big Boy BBQ pizza stone was incredible! The best pizza I have ever had. Super easy to use and can be used in a bbq or oven. The pizza came out so evenly cooked and delicious. This is going to be my new go to hosting/holiday gift.

Amazing store great staff

I had such a great time at this location in the north of Calgary I was so impressed at all the stock they had and ended up staying over an hour learning about different products. I ended up picking up some spice and some local honey as well as a brush cleaner for my bbq at home each product was high quality and you could tell the staff loved working there. We were greeted right away and helped along side our shopping making it very inviting. I wanted to by a bbq myself maybe next time but I can’t wait to come back and get all my spices from here and anything else I might need.

Amazing showroom

We visited the South Calgary location and the whole family had a fantastic experience! The staff were wonderful and there was so much to browse! We picked up The Jerk from The Plow Boys which was so delicious on our chicken thighs, Duck Fat Cooking Oil Spray from Cornhuskers Kitchen to perfectly fry our potatoes and
Fire Candy from Maritime Madness hot sauce is a hot sauce unlike any other! Full of flavor with a sweet and spicy kick!

Great Store for your BBQ & Backyard Needs

The South Calgary location of Barbecues Galore has a stunning showroom with so many options from grills to outdoor heating options, to grilling accessories, patio furniture, seasonings, sauces and more! The store was immaculately clean and organized in a way that flows naturally when you walk through. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy and I felt very welcomed, even with my 2 babies in a double stroller. The only thing to point out is that it is not stroller/wheelchair accessible so I struggled to get inside with my stroller. Anyone in a wheelchair would not be able to get themselves inside without being lifted in by other people. *That being said, an employee near the entrance did see me leaving and quickly offer to help me get my stroller down the stairs!

BBQ heaven

The store was filled with all sorts of barbeque grills. They had fire pits, outdoor grill, accessories, patio sets, all sorts of grill, cleaning supplies. They even had spices and all sorts of electric fire places. It felt like I was in barbeque heaven definitely would recommend the place give it five stars. And the staff are understanding and friendly.

The coolest barbecue store

Had an amazing opportunity to check out barbecues galore! Haven’t been there in years! The staff was amazing and super helpful. It was so cool to go in and check out. I honestly didn’t think I was going to be so impressed with a barbecue store, but I absolutely was!! They had so much to look at and choose from it was a little overwhelming, but we narrowed it down to some sauces and a pizza stone! We love to make pizza in our house, so this was a great opportunity to get a new stone because our last one cracked probably my fault. It was pretty old though….. so grateful for such a cool opportunity to check out their store. The staff was super knowledgeable and very friendly and patient my five-year-old had an amazing time looking at all the cool barbecues!! I was so impressed with the store. I seriously can’t wait to go back and try some more sauces and rubs this summer.We will definitely be back when our barbecue dies! Thank you again for being so amazing!!

You leave feeling like family!

I was given a $50 gift card through Butterly & Barbecues Galore. Thank you very much for choosing me. When I arrived at the store the first thing I noticed was how clean the store was on the outside. When my daughter and I walked in the front door we were greeted with smiles and hellos from the employees.

I had the pleasure of meeting Josh who is an absolute gem of a man. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and really made me feel welcome. We walked around the store as I was picking items to spend my giftcard on. Josh was wonderful giving me great suggestions. I ended up getting a new cleaning brush for my BBQ, seasonings & a bbq sauce. (The bbq sauce and dill pickle seasoning I purchased was delicious)!

Barbecues Galore has a beautiful showroom that is clean, inviting and beautifully eye catching. I always recommend them over competitors. You leave feeling like part of the family. Thank you Barbecues Galore & Butterly for this opportunity.
