I bought a lap top years ago from here and I was very happy with the service. My computer still works great too!

we bought a Lap top at this store for our grandson 10 Days before Christmas he didn't want the laptop he wanted an X box 1 instead we brought the laptop back right before Christmas they wouldn't give us our money back they said we could receive a voucher to purchase something in store usually at other stores you will have a choice your money back or to buy something in store if you like we ended up buying the xbox in their store I was glad that it was the same price at the other stores at that time

I know some people who are not fans of Best Buy. Maybe it depends on location but I love it. I usually find what I need and the customer service has always been amazing in my experience.

This store has wonderful customer service and the staff are always helpful! This store tends to have some really good sales at times around Christmas.

For some reason I would always go to Future Shop over Best Buy. I'm not sure why since Best Buy has all the same items and great customer service. I've bought from the store for personal and work purposes and they have always been more than helpful. I like reserving the items and going to pick them up with ease.

We have purchased a lot of electronics and accessories from best buy. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the stores are organized and clean. With their Geek Squad there is always tech help at your service. The prices are reasonable and most products have a good manufacturers guarantee. You can also purchase extended warranties on most items. A great place to shop for electronics.

I buy a lot of stuff from Best Buy. They usually have better prices than other stores, and a lot more items/brands available. I bought my last 3 TV's from there, and when I've had a problem and have had to return it, there's been no issues.

I've been to best buy several times and they have good prices and good merchandise. There was only once I dealt with a rude worker so I can't say that the customer service is bad because of one person. Good store over all.
