I am writing to highly recommend Booty Camp Fitness for women who have never exercised regularly or those coming back from an exercise hiatus. Booty Camp Fitness is awesome for kick-starting a commitment to a fitness routine.
I am just finishing up a 4 week course at the Booty Camp Harbourfront location in Toronto with Nina as the instructor. There are too many positive aspects of Booty Camp to name, however, some of them are:

    1) A fun, energetic and supportive instructor who is open to your questions and also gives instruction to perfect your form.
    2) A comfortable, all-female atmosphere, where you can come in with messed-up hair and your work-out clothes and breathe, sweat, etc. as much as you want!
    3) A safe but encouraging approach to fitness: newbies are encouraged to modify moves based on their comfort level and more experienced ladies are shown how to add extra difficulty to their moves. Everyone is encouraged to push themselves as far as they are comfortable, and if they so choose, past their comfort zone, to attain great results.
    4) Booty Camp Fitness also provides nutritional support to all recruits with a downloadable cookbook with any 4 or 8 week exercise program and daily Meal-of-the-Day emails delivered to your Inbox.
    5) Fellow members are fun and supportive.

I am definitely signing up for the next 8-week session starting in January! Please feel free to ask me any questions about my experience and I would be glad to answer them for you!

In this day an age we need to look beyond the service that is being provided by a company when making a decision on whether or not to patronize a company. Does the company have ethical values and practices and do they operate with integrity. How do they contribute (or detract) to society and/ or impact our environment.
BootyCamp may or may not provide a good service but their advertising tactics show little regard to the environment and our community as a whole. Their use of numerous large, bright pink posters crosses that fine line between effective marketing and branding and annoying the target audience and negatively impacting our environment. Bootycamp crosses the line in my neighborhood to the point where their brand will be negatively impacted in the community. There are sections of street where large pink signs are placed on multiple sides of every pole, mail box and parking ticket dispenser. This company is significantly contributing to the visual pollution in the area. There are several places within the community where you can see that people have attempted to removed the signs or have written on them. Given the nature of the glue that they used these remnants will remain for years to come as an eye sore in the neighborhood. Bootycamp came through and replaced damaged signs ever after receiving complaints. Head office committed to having the sign that was put up in front of my house removed but they did not follow through.
My wife had planned to sign up for a course but I have strongly encouraged her not to patronize a company that pays so little regard to the environment and our community as a whole. I would encourage all of you to do the same.

    Stop the Littering

$2,500,000 in revenue and this company needs to repeatedly blitz our City with its pink posters?!

They should run their business more responsibly and show that they care about more than your bottom line!

    Please don't use their services.

I thought I would try something new and head outdoors for my workout! I had my second booty camp fitness class last night and I REALLY enjoy the program! It's women only and everyone who I've met at class has been friendly and encouraging to each other. Our trainer Oksana is great at what she does and is there to motivate you every step of the way. She encourages you to modify a move if you need to but also pushes you to PUSH YOURSELF. I love the cardio aspect that really gets your heart going. The first day after class I was sore all over but it was A GOOD SORE. I definitely worked muscles I hadn't worked before or just hadn't pushed 'hard enough'. I'm still slightly sore today but it's getting better! I originally only signed up for the 4 week session but will be signing up for an additional 4 weeks this evening! I recommend this to anyone who wants a great outdoor workout to get you out of the monotony of a gym.

Direct link to the website is: bootycampfitness.com there are various locations across the city in addition to Ottawa-so there shouldn't be any excuses that you can't find one close to home!

I love going to my Booty camp classes. They are twice a week for 8 weeks, and it is such a great workout. I would never work this hard on my own. It is nice to have a class of all women, from all different fitness levels too. It's indoor in the winter and outdoor in the summer.
I am so thankful I signed up!
