I find that Boston Pizza is an ok restaurant. They offer a wide variety on their menu. You can find anything from pasta, pizza, salads and much more. The services is usually good. The food to me is average. I find the prices to be a bit expensive compare to other restaurants.

Pizza crust reminds me so much of Pizza Hut Pan Pizza, but I prefer Pizza Hut.
Fun atmosphere but I noticed not many are busy
understaffed so service is slower
and many locations are empty....

Boston pizza has the best nachos. Toppings are abundant right to the last nacho chip...and modestly priced never have to wait and the service is always upbeat and friendly

Boston Pizza used to be good, but for a couple of years the service and food have really gone down. There's nothing special about their menu that can be better than other places. The only thing helping this restaurant is all the TV's they have to play sports on.

Food is average, nothing to write home about. The prices are expensive & I find there services isn't that great. I would not go back.

My husband and I went to BP for lunch. We ended up waiting 5 minutes before anyone noticed that we were there. We already knew what we were going to order because we had talked about it on the way there. After they sat us down we said we knew what we wanted and she said she would be right back. After 10 minutes she finally came back to take our order. I ordered a chicken ceasar wrap and I cant remember what hubby ordered. The waitress went to the table behind us and sat with the other patrons (they must have been friends of hers) telling them how wasted she was the night before and how hungover she was and how she was trying to go home from work. She didnt even take our order to the kitchen until after she had been talking to them for awhile. When our food finally came my chicken ceasar wrap had no chicken in it! They seriously forgot the chicken!!! So I had to track her down to tell her to take it back to put chicken in it. By the time I had finally got my meal my husband had finished eating and I had to rush because I had to go to work. We were so dissapointed with the whole experience (I forgot to mention that she forgot to give us cutlery and also my husband had to track that down before he could eat his meal) they wouldnt discount our meal at all, I even complained to customer service on the website asking for a voucher or something and all they said was sorry, I hope it's better next time!!! Well I told them there wont be a next time because the service was the worst Ive ever experienced.
