I'm hoping by posting I will finally get back to going. I haven't been in (Oh my im embarrassed) two years. That is horrendous. It is very inexpensive $15 a month plus tax for life. I like the she fit area since I love the circuit. It consists of 13 machine. You are only on each one for 30 seconds at a time. Two rounds of the circuit is a workout. I haven't tried any of the other machines (not in the circuit) since Im to nervous. They also offer classes also not me but who knows I'm expanding my experiences. I'm going to update which I get back to going regularly.
