I hear a lot of people shop at Forwver 21 and to be honest every time I go the store is very messy and the line ups are long - whether to check out or use the fitting room. The stuff I have bought in the past do not last, the quality of the material is very cheap and will lose shape right away.

Forever 21 has the latest trendy lines, however I often find the store very messy and disorganized. I guess due to its high traffic its hard to keep clean, but it can impact the shoppers experience at the store. The prices are great, however the quality is not. I find that the cheap tank tops will loose shape after 1 wash.

I don't mind this store. Some of the clothing is a little strange looking and kinda cheap. I have found some nice stuff here though. I always go in and look.

The worst quality clothing I have ever experienced. I washed a bunch of tops in cold water...pulled them out of the WASHER and they were 3x smaller to the point that I couldn't wear them. Brutal. Some of their stuff is cute, I'm 26 and feel like I'm getting a little too old to wear some of it. But warning - quality is AWFUL.

Forever21 doesn't have good service... they are normally too many customers and very few salespeople. They're always too irritated or fatigued to help. I find their general attitude is not pleasant. I think the prices are good, but the quality is really bad. After washing things once, the clothes basically fall apart. I would not buy anything else from this store. If anything, Urban Outfitters' clothes are much better quality and just as cheap (on sale)

This store is for teenagers. ATTENTION LADIES: anyone in there 20's+ that wants to be taken seriously in life, NEEDS to stop shopping here. You'd be lucky if an item survives one round of laundry with the crappy quality of their clothing.
