I use to love forever 21. I would shop there all the time and now I no longer do. I just find that the quality of their products are garbage! You wear an item only a few times before it begins to wear out and rip.
I also had a recent experience where I wore a sweater once and it ripped all down the shoulder. I contacted forever 21 and they told me that items can not be returned. I totally understood that but any good company would offer some sort of compensation for their lack of workmanship! I spent $45 on a sweater and only got to wear it once! You would think that a company that large would have no problem giving you a coupon for a discount off the purchase of another sweater! Goodness even a coupon code for free shipping would have been ok with me!
So bottom line is garbage clothes and even worse customer service! I would rather spend double the amount and receive a product I know will last more than a few times!
