    class was great! no offense but the instructor Kim looks nothing like her promo.photo for the class. I almost didn't recognize her.

    I have also posted regarding Kim Allan's 'Naughty Hottie Fitness' under 'dance'.

    Just wanted to mention an AWESOME boot camp right in Toronto that will not cost you an arm and a leg and will DEFINITELY produce results. Kim Allan teaches boot camp classes every Saturday at Yonge Street Fitness that are an hour long. Its a bootcamp so be prepared to WORK your butt off ....that's the point, right?

    Kim starts with a warm up, then participants work through a circuit of approximately 8-10 stations. Stations are all different- core exercises, legs, arms, and cardio stations...she even has this awesome THIGH exercise that kills (you know its working). Station work is timed and after every 2 stations, there is a cardio segment. The class also includes floor work-lunges across the floor and sprinting. Finally a cool down.

    I was new to this class-and I was actually in the Army so I thought I would be prepared. WOW! This class is tough! Kim is super motivating and actually does the exercises with each person! Everyone in the class was sweating and working hard (including Kim). I really liked that there were all sorts of people in the class and that no one was sizing anyone else up....they were just working at their personal best. A non-intimidating atmosphere as well! I will definitely be in attendance from now on at her boot camp!

    Bring water if you go to boot camp with Kim and wear clothes you can keep cool in! I actually had to change my shirt and I live about 2 minutes away!

    Best things about Kim's boot camp:

    1. She's motivating
    2. You don't have time to worry about anyone else but yourself and the exercise you are doing
    3. Music is AWESOME-she plays a lot of different songs.
    4. You don't have to be a member of Yonge Street Fitness to take her class-you can drop in and pay Kim per class, or pay Kim directly by the month.
    5. The price is GREAT!

    I am going to post her facebook link here even though I posted it in the form I used to fill this review out ...hope to see some of you at this bootcamp...it is worth it!
