overrated

This store with there prices are wayy too overpriced and even the areas that have deals, those prices are really ridiculous. I don't shop there and don't intend to do so. Most of those items can be found for cheaper in other places.

Hudson's Bay

The bay for as long as I remember. Never has salespeople on the floor to help. Maybe 1 person per section. They have decent sales & products to purchase. Hate they are always trying to get you yo get a high-interest bay credit card.

Not bad

I like other stores better than the Hudson's bay, but do like browsing their store. They have pretty high prices, and the staff are often rude or discerning to customers.
I find that when you go into the store when they are having sales, you can usually find things for a reasonable price. Other than that however, I do not see what is really keeping them around. There are other stores that offer the same merchandise for cheaper prices and that have a better store atmosphere!

Not great goods or service!!! Buyer beware!!

Bit of a story but true!!
I bought a mattress the Fairmont and had it delivered in December 2016, the correct box springs finally delivered in January 2017, discovered and confirmed by technician mattress was damaged end of July 2017. Was not told only option have to take Faairmont II mattress, it arrived damaged on September 6th. I did not know I had 14 days to call back but called luckily on the 14th day.

Omg what a nightmare, spoken to 5 different people in customer service, being told that you can change for equal or higher value but don't take their word for it because, you still have to pay more money! It doesn't matter what they say.
They do not honor their return policy, they told me it goes back to my original delivery date in 2016. Not September.
So I'm stuck with having to get another mattress from the bay, I'm hoping that this time it won't be damaged.

But ladies, got to a mattress store and verify the return policies prior to purchase....
They apologise in every sentence but it doesn't resolve anything for you. Your still stuck with their products!

Au centre -ville de Montréal c'est le magasin auquel je me rend pour mes achats de produits de beautés luxueux que je me permet encore. Je crois que le magasin est sur 7 ou8 étages et vous pouvez y trouvez toutes les marques de vêtements et accessoires désirez. Le service après vente est excellente!
