    Not great goods or service!!! Buyer beware!!

    Bit of a story but true!!
    I bought a mattress the Fairmont and had it delivered in December 2016, the correct box springs finally delivered in January 2017, discovered and confirmed by technician mattress was damaged end of July 2017. Was not told only option have to take Faairmont II mattress, it arrived damaged on September 6th. I did not know I had 14 days to call back but called luckily on the 14th day.

    Omg what a nightmare, spoken to 5 different people in customer service, being told that you can change for equal or higher value but don't take their word for it because, you still have to pay more money! It doesn't matter what they say.
    They do not honor their return policy, they told me it goes back to my original delivery date in 2016. Not September.
    So I'm stuck with having to get another mattress from the bay, I'm hoping that this time it won't be damaged.

    But ladies, got to a mattress store and verify the return policies prior to purchase....
    They apologise in every sentence but it doesn't resolve anything for you. Your still stuck with their products!
