Awful and poor customer service

Ordered a takeaway from here to be delivered. We were told it would arrive in 1hr. After 2hrs we rang to see where it was and was advised that it will be be leaving in 5 minutes. Half an hour later again we rang and asked where our takeaway was and was told that the driver couldn’t find us so came back. Asked why the driver didn’t ring for directions and was told he was to bush and he can come back in half an hour with our food. They said they wouldn’t do a fresh meal through and we would have to have that one that’s been out for an hour. Spoke with the manager and she said if we wanted our food we would have to collect it ourselves but would still charge us for delivery as delivery was still attempted. Never would I ever go or recommend.
