To be perfectly honest I am very disappointed with the steady decline of the quality of KFC's food. They used to have pretty tasty chicken that people would crave for when they smelled it wafting down the street from the local KFC. Now all you get is greasy, small pieces of tasteless, bony, chicken. If you order it to be delivered to your home you are almost guaranteed to get cold, squished french fries and tiny little pieces of luke warm, soft skinned, dried out, chicken. When you try and call to complain about the food there really is no way to actually talk to a manager because all the phone numbers are actually call centers that are in other parts of the country. Very frustrating indeed! I have given them too many chances already to prove me wrong about their food and each time I have been sorely disappointed. My family wont ever eat from KFC again. Yuck!
