Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Away!

I ordered several swimsuits from La Vie en Rose and never even received my parcel. The delivery was handled by Purolator, and when I went to pick it up the very next day from the designated pickup point, I was told it wasn’t there. I returned the next day, and again – no parcel.

I contacted La Vie en Rose customer service, and they said they would investigate. Later, I was told the parcel was being returned to them and that I would receive a refund once it was received. Over 15 days have passed and still no refund. When I called again, the customer service representative was completely unhelpful and rude. Instead of solving the issue, he told me I would be charged a $12.99 return fee plus tax – even though the parcel was never delivered to me!

I explained that it’s unfair to charge a return fee for a delivery I never received, but was told, “It’s our policy.” This is nothing short of a scam – absolutely unethical, and clearly a money-grab. No apology, no accountability, and the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

I will never shop here again, and I’m posting this review to warn other genuine buyers. Be very careful – if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own.

I love this store!

I was on the market for some new undergarments, and my hunt took me into La Vie En Rose in the Pen Centre, and not only did I leave with more undergarments than I actually really needed, I enjoyed my shopping experience! The ladies who work in the store are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. I will definitely shop here again!
