I was really disappointed about my experience here. I got a deal for my "unlimited laser treatments", but it was just a BIG waste of time:

-it's very difficult to book an appointment
-there are hidden fees! I paid for full bikini & they only treated half of me, they wanted another $100 to treat the other part :(
-I saw little results after my first treatment, but 5 treatments later, nothing happened! :(
-The laser hurts like HELL (in the first room of the clinic) OUCHHH!*
-staff is not accommodating to clients :( whenever you re-schedule an appt, you have to wait a MONTH tip' next time. Plus you have to pay and extra $50 to re-schedule.
-very uncomfortable atmosphere, the rooms are freezing, it's just all around awkwardddd!

When you get there on time, there's always at Least* a half-hour wait...feels like ages.

Not a fan.
