This is one of my favourite restaurants in Waterloo! I love the variety you have in what you eat, so many meat, veggie, sauce options. It's like having multiple types of cuisine in one meal. The cooks are very friendly and it is cheap as well if you select all you can eat and have a decently large appetite.

I went here a couple of years ago and it was my first time. I did not know what to expect other than it was an 'all you can eat' type of place. They have stations set up where you can add all the veggies you want, meats and fish and sauces. The options are really endless. The chef cooks it up for you and you take it back to your table, where you have the option for rice or tortilla wraps. Let me tell you, the food is amazing and the service was pretty good. If I ever visit Waterloo again with a big appetite I will definitely go back!

I've been to this restaurant a couple of times, but I go back as often as I can. One word of advice before going to the Mongolian Grill? Be hungry!! This is an all you can eat buffet with a twist.

First you start off by piling as many raw ingredients into a bowl as humanly possible. When I say ingredients I mean fresh veggies, noodles or rice, meat including chicken, pork, shrimp, beef, tofu and salmon. Then you add your sauce of choice with about 20 different choices-some mild, some spicy, all delicious. You then hand off your bowl to one of the cooks who stir frys it right in front of you on this massive doughnut-like grill. You take it back to your seat and enjoy! At the table the option for rice or tortillas for wraps.

The service is pretty darn good even when it's busy because you are serving yourself. The waiter/ waitress will check in regularly and bring you drinks and desert. But trust me. Unless you brought your Thanksgiving elastic waist pants there will be no room for any sweet things!

The price is also quite reasonable for the amount of food people eat. It is cheaper on Tuesdays, but on a weeknight its about $15 per person, not including drinks which are a couple bucks as well.

I have never been to a location where the staff have been unfriendly, nor the restaurant unclean.
