I know this is Asian fusion food but I really do enjoy their food and restaurant ambiance regardless of being an Asian! If you do have time to sit down and not order takeout from them, do reserve in advance as it tends to get packed at night especially during the weekends. It is that popular!
My favorite dish of all time in their menu is definitely the Mongolian beef!!! I order it EVERYTIME I go there; that's how much I love it! I even dragged my SO and friends to love it together with me. If you are in the hunt of an Asian fusion restaurant, look no further and do try this amazing American chain restaurant!
Whenever I mention PF Chang’s in conversation people often reply that when they’re cross-border shopping they love to drop in for a great meal. Funny enough most people don’t realize there is a location right in the GTA! It is located at the uber chic Shops At Don Mills in Toronto and it’s one my families absolute favorite places to visit.
The interior: It’s modern but still warm!
But in reality the main reason we frequent PF Chang’s is that although they have quite an extensive regular menu, they also offer a fantastic Gluten Free Menu. You know when you just want a great Chinese Food meal and everything in the mall is covered in gluten? (never mind grease) … This is your solution!! The absolute best part is the fact that they have a dedicated Gluten Free Kitchen so there is no risk of cross-contamination. If that isn’t enough they also use special dishes to help you identify “regular” food vs gluten free food. Peace-of-mind like no other!! My 2 favorite dishes hands-down are the Chang’s Spicy Chicken and the Chicken Fried Rice. I mean realistically if I could afford it I’d eat them on a weekly basis no problem. The food is served family-style so the dishes are meant to be shared. My kids love this because it’s just like home and they can try more than one thing.
At this point in the blog I have to be 100% honest with you my readers. The first time we discovered PF Chang’s on a weekend getaway to Buffalo … we ate there for lunch, then dinner and then lunch the next day. *ahem* It was honestly THAT GOOD.
So IF by some crazy chance your mouth isn’t watering yet I have one last selling point – right next door? Yeah, it’s Anthropologie. Take that every other restaurant in town!
