I have only been once, I came for a spin class, and I loved it! Such a good (but tough) workout, and the instructor was very friendly. She made everyone feel comfortable, no matter their fitness level, which I think is so important.

They need to hire girls who know how to treat people. It's called smiling and greeting people with enthusiasm when they enter your facility. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Goodlife here I come!!
