I adore this quiet spa nestled in the big city! It has all the essentials to have a great spa day away from your busy schedule, with the convience of being right downtown! It's located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel on Colburne and Yonge St. I got a hot stone massage and facial here on a birthday and it was very aaahhhh! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are fair!

My Hubby and I took a Romantic Getaway to the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Toronto two years ago. We decided on a package that included a beautiful room, some goodies and a spa treatment with a 60 minute massage. The treatment was located at Shizen Spa inside the hotel. Let me just say, it was the most breathtaking atmosphere I have EVER encountered!! From the minute you walk off the elevator until you leave, your jaw is dropped! The change rooms (where you are given a complimentary robe and slippers) to the jacuzzi and relaxation area to the private massage rooms are beyond GORGEOUS!! Such a true ZEN feel to it all! We have recently talked about going back very soon. I highly recommend this spa to ANYONE looking for the most relaxing experience of a lifetime! Plus, if you go with a package, the price is right as well!! We could not believe all we got for the $ we paid!
