I will never eveerrr eat here again!!

I was a bit peckish while i was killing time and walking along Eglinton West and then I saw this chinese restaurant. There was one eating but I still gave it a try since it was only around 12 noon. I ordered for the spicy General Tao Chicken for 9.95 cad net. The food was served within 10 minutes and when I ate the chicken meat, the taste was sooooooo lame.. not even spicy.. I checked on the meat and saw that it was all full of flour. I was sooooo soooo disappointed, I only ate 3 small pieces of it.
