So I try out this salon, and I could not tell you how mortified I was after leaving. No customer service whatsoever, the staff were so stand offish. I felt unwelcome from the moment I walked in, the owner kept looking over at me, making me feel so uncomfortable. My highlights looked worse than when I walked in, and the cut was not at all what I had asked for. Overall not an experience I would ever re-live.
